CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME
- Official check-in time is 02:00 p.m and check-out time is 12:00 at noon. Depending on the situation, an allowance of early check-in could be agreed by hotel.
- Request for early check-in or late check-out should be made in advance in writing to Party B's Sales Department and subject to Party B's reconfirmation of availability and condition.
- Late check-out up to 18:00 will result to 50% charge of one night per room.
- Late check-out after 18:00 will result to full day charge per room
CHILDREN POLICY:
Breakfast will be charged for child sharing the same room with parents as below:
- Breakfast for children below 5 year olds is free of charge
- Breakfast only will be charged at 150.000 VND/child/meal to children from 5 to 11 years old, without an Extra-bed. If using Extra-bed, surcharge will be applied at 300.000VND/night (including Breakfast Buffet)
- Baby cot will be charged at 150.000VND/child during whole stay at hotel.
- Children over 11 years old will be charged as an adult or surcharged 300.000VND/night (including Breakfast Buffet and Extra bed)
