Visit Hoi An’s colorful market and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas all over the area. Choosing ingredients for your cuisines is very important, if your ingredients are fresh and green enough, your cuisines will be delicious and fragrant otherwise, they will be not good at all.
Take a boat to the local house, refresh yourselves with a very nice ancient town scene. The local enthusiastically demonstrate how to prepare each dish before guiding you in the preparation of your own dish. After the lesson, you will enjoy the meal you have prepared. You will receive an e-recipe after the class to practise at home.
