Participants:
- Vietnamese and foreign individuals living and working in tourism and services in Hội An. Each person may submit many photos that match the contest theme.
- Author groups, units, tourism and service businesses in the city (hotels, restaurants, businesses, etc.)
Time:
Photo receiving time: Until December 31, 2023
Voting period on Fanpage: From January 5 to January 15, 2024
Voting results on Fanpage will be based on the number of Favorite emotions (or other emoticons) for the submitted photos
Announcement of results and award presentation: (expected) January 2024
Method of participation:
Individuals/groups submit photos and information to the email address: hoiannucuoidulich@gmail.com
Email subject: “Hội An - Tourism smile - Author name/Group name/Name of representative for group”
The Organizing Committee will select photos that comply with regulations and post them.
The posted photo link will be sent to the contestant’s email by the Organizing Committee.
The time for announcing the results and awarding prizes will be announced on the Fanpage “Hội An Office of Tourist Services”
Voting for favorite photos on Facebook:
- Participants access and like the page “Hội An Office of Tourist Services”
- Share the contest launch post on your personal Facebook account in public mode with the hashtags #nucuoidulichhoian, #visithoian, #hoiannhantinhthuanhau
- Invite your friends to Like (or other emoticons) the posted photos
- Audience-voted prizes will be awarded by the amount of Likes (or other emoticons) received by each photo

1 second prize worth: VND 350,000
1 third prize worth: VND 250,000

- 1 first prize worth: VND 3,000,000/prize + Voucher for 2 people (including 1 night stay at Hội An and art performance ticket)
- 2 second prizes worth: VND 2,100,000/prize + Voucher for 2 people to watch the art performance
- 3 third prizes worth: VND 1,500,000/prize + Voucher for 2 people to watch the art performance
- 4 consolation prizes worth: VND 900,000/prize + Voucher to watch art performances
