COTU TRADITIONAL VILLAGE

Cotu traditional village was built on a hill with an area of about 5 hectares. Deep in the vastness of the great thousands of Truong Son mountains, the Cotu people have had a long-standing culture for centuries, closely attaching their spiritual life to the nation. The producing and cultural activities of local people are closely aligned with the formation and development of the village community, creating their own traditional cultural identity with basic elements such as accommodation, weddings, costumes, festivals, traditional occupations, customs-customs, customary law, sculpture, painting... In the process of developing as well as the process of exchanging between other cultures, the cultural identity of Ethnicity still retains its traditional values . The "Cotu traditional village" in Tay Giang not only pleases the Cotu community but also contributes to preserving the traditional cultural identity of the people, creating conditions for Cotu culture to be preserved, exchanged and widely disseminated. This is also a place to introduce Cotu culture to friends near and far, attract tourists and promote the development of cultural tourism and eco-tourism in the locality in the future.
